What are the differences between Stock, Custom and Ultimate Custom Belts
Our stock or in-stock items are ordinarily on the shelf and ready to be shipped. Our customers may examine the stock item for 15 working days. If the customer is not fully satisfied, the stock item may be returned to our shop for an exchange, upgrade or refund. They must be returned to us in a protective box and in the same condition in which they were shipped. Shipping and insurance costs are the customers responsibility.
Custom pieces are manufactured from the same grade of raw materials as our stock products. Custom products are typically pieces that vary in size, shape or color from our stock inventory. If initials, extra holes or other alterations are added to in-stock pieces, these pieces become custom items. Be certain of your choices on custom products as there is a no exchange, credit or refund policy on them.
Our Ultimate Custom Belts are the epitome of our product line. They are crafted from the hightst quality raw materials that we have and extra care is taken throughout the entire manufacturing process. Most alterations and repairs are performed free of charge to the customer for the entire 2 year Ultimate Custom manufacturers defect warranty period. The no-return or no-exchange or no-refund policy is the same on the Custom and Ultimate Custom belts.
