In response to numerous requests, we are offering 1” wide belts but only as special order items. There will be a no refund or return policy on these items therefore it is imperative that the specifications for your special piece are correct and in print. The normal amount of time required for manufacturing these custom pieces will be 5 to 10 working days.
Our 1” wide belts ordinarily measure approximately 15/16 of an inch in width and are designed to fit the standard 1” buckle. The easiest way to measure the nominal width is with a set of outside calipers calibrated in inches. If you do not have calipers, lay the belt on side that ordinarily faces out and measure across the flat lining that is worn closest to your body, this measurement should equal the width. Determine the length and other specifications, as instructed in the frequently asked questions section on the home page of our site. The finished ladies belt will have a similar profile to the red belt as seen in the alligator belts for ladies section and will be shipped with the same rounded brass buckle. The 1” men's belt will have the same profile however it will be equipped with a square style buckle in your choice of either brass or nickel finish.
